Valuation and financial planning/modeling

Valuation is performed in accordance with generally accepted Russian and international approaches: income, cost and market. Within these three approaches there are the following methods: discounted cash flow (DCF), income capitalization, net asset value, etc.  We mutually beneficially work with banks, venture capital funds and state corporations in financial modeling and business plans drafting. During this work we have prepared the number of financial models which are set up for use on recurring basis by company management. Our specialists have an extensive experience of defense of valuation results in front of major international audit companies. We also review external valuation reports for relevance to the current legislation and result adequacy for audit purpose.

Corporate and management reports system

In order to increase the transparency and reliability of financial information we offer our clients preparation of financial reporting under IFRS. We give particular attention to teaching our client’s employees how to prepare financial statements, with the aim of gradual transition to in-house reporting. We aspire to concentrate our efforts on issues, which are capable of making an impact on the methods of efficient management and operation of the company.
